Data Center Sales Representative

Location: Fully Remote with Travel

Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 Base + Strong Uncapped Commission Structure

On Target Earnings:

Year 2: $200,000+

Long Term Potential: $400,000+


About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with an infrastructure focused manufacturing organization serving the data center industry that is expanding its commercial reach across North America. This role represents a high impact opportunity for a driven sales professional to build pipeline, capture market share, and establish long term client relationships within one of the fastest scaling infrastructure markets today.


This position is designed for a self starter who thrives in new business development environments and understands how to navigate technical buying cycles involving owners, developers, engineering firms, and operators. You’ll represent solutions that directly support mission critical uptime, facility performance, and long term operational reliability across hyperscale and enterprise environments.


The opportunity offers significant autonomy, strong earnings upside, and visibility within a growing organization investing in commercial expansion.


You’ll Do

New Business Development

  • Drive net new business generation across assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high value opportunities within the data center ecosystem
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to growth objectives
  • Execute strategic outreach and market penetration initiatives

Sales Process Ownership

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Conduct discovery conversations and deliver solution presentations
  • Navigate multi stakeholder technical sales environments
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Relationship Development

  • Build trusted relationships with decision makers and influencers
  • Maintain understanding of client infrastructure priorities
  • Support long term account growth initiatives
  • Represent the organization in virtual and in person engagements


What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in full cycle B2B sales
  • Experience selling solutions into the data center, critical infrastructure, or technical markets
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals
  • Hunter mentality with strong prospecting capability
  • Technical credibility discussing infrastructure solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self motivated with ability to operate independently


Preferred

  • Existing network within the data center ecosystem
  • Experience working within enterprise sales environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
