Service Line Manager - Water Solutions
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $180,000 -$250,000 Base + Performance Bonus
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established industrial infrastructure services organization seeking a senior leader to oversee and grow its Water Solutions service line across the Dallas region. This role blends operational leadership, technical oversight, financial accountability, and strategic expansion within industrial and critical infrastructure project environments.
This position is ideal for a leader who understands how to scale specialty service capabilities, support field execution, and drive performance across water related industrial scopes such as treatment systems, piping and conveyance, site services, environmental compliance work, and maintenance driven engagements. You’ll collaborate with regional leadership, project teams, and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably while positioning the service line for continued growth.
You’ll Do
- Lead operational and financial performance of the Water Solutions service line within the region
- Maintain responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and margin performance
- Oversee execution of water related infrastructure and service projects from planning through completion
- Serve as subject matter resource supporting project leadership on cost, planning, execution, and customer concerns
- Oversee recruiting, dispatching, and management of craft personnel and leadership teams
- Coordinate workforce competency visibility and utilization across service scopes
- Support estimating through bid reviews, constructability reviews, and production analysis
- Guide supervision teams in short term and mid term scheduling discipline
- Ensure coordination of labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials across projects
- Conduct regular field engagement including preconstruction walks, progress visits, and closeouts
- Monitor job cost performance with focus on production outcomes
- Reinforce adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Partner internally to identify new service opportunities and expansion strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of industrial construction or infrastructure experience
- Minimum 5 years as a foreman and 5 years as a superintendent
- Experience overseeing multi crew projects with large scale craft deployment
- Experience within water, environmental, underground, or utility related scopes strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with job costing systems and scheduling tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of applicable code and regulatory environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
Work Environment & Travel
This role operates across corporate, regional, and active field environments.
Work may include exposure to industrial conditions such as elevated noise levels, temperature extremes, confined spaces, heights, and active construction environments. PPE compliance and adherence to safety protocols are required.
Regular site travel and field engagement are expected.
