Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + equity + benefits

About the company

This is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company redefining how modern organisations operate.

They’re building infrastructure for globally distributed teams — moving beyond traditional systems of record into intelligent, AI-powered platforms that connect workflows across People, Finance, IT, and Operations.

With strong product-market fit, ambitious growth plans, and a clear technical vision, they’re now scaling both their product and engineering team.

The opportunity

This is a genuinely product-driven engineering role.

You won’t just be shipping tickets — you’ll be shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how it scales.

The team is small, high-calibre, and moves fast. Engineers here are expected to think commercially, challenge ideas, and contribute beyond just code.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and shipping end-to-end product features from concept to release
  • Working across the stack (TypeScript, Node, React) in a modern, cloud-native environment
  • Improving system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Expanding integrations with third-party tools and platforms
  • Contributing to architecture decisions as the product evolves
  • Collaborating closely with product, design, and commercial teams
  • Supporting customers when needed — staying close to real-world use cases

Tech environment

  • TypeScript across the stack
  • Node.js, React
  • Postgres, Redis
  • Kubernetes

What they’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience building SaaS products as a full stack engineer
  • Strong fundamentals in modern JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystems
  • Experience owning features end-to-end
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Product mindset — not just “how”, but “why”
  • Someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving real problems

Why this role stands out

  • Real ownership from day one — not layered approvals or slow processes
  • A product with clear ambition and strong technical direction
  • Exposure to AI-driven product development (not just bolt-on features)
  • High-trust, low-ego team
  • Opportunity to influence both product and engineering direction as the company scales

Package

  • £80,000 – £100,000 base salary
  • Competitive equity
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Hybrid working (London-based, 3 days in office)
  • Additional benefits package
