About the company
This is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company redefining how modern organisations operate.
They’re building infrastructure for globally distributed teams — moving beyond traditional systems of record into intelligent, AI-powered platforms that connect workflows across People, Finance, IT, and Operations.
With strong product-market fit, ambitious growth plans, and a clear technical vision, they’re now scaling both their product and engineering team.
The opportunity
This is a genuinely product-driven engineering role.
You won’t just be shipping tickets — you’ll be shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how it scales.
The team is small, high-calibre, and moves fast. Engineers here are expected to think commercially, challenge ideas, and contribute beyond just code.

- Working across the stack (TypeScript, Node, React) in a modern, cloud-native environment
- Improving system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Expanding integrations with third-party tools and platforms
- Contributing to architecture decisions as the product evolves
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and commercial teams
- Supporting customers when needed — staying close to real-world use cases

- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving real problems
Why this role stands out
- Real ownership from day one — not layered approvals or slow processes
- A product with clear ambition and strong technical direction
- Exposure to AI-driven product development (not just bolt-on features)
