Forward-Deployed Finance Partner

You know that moment when a finance team stops “reporting numbers” and starts driving the business? That’s the moment you’ll create, every day.

We’re hiring a Forward-Deployed Finance Partner to guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption of a modern planning platform that replaces spreadsheet chaos with clarity. You’ll blend finance craft + technical fluency + customer-facing confidence to help teams go from setup → scale fast.

What you’ll do

• Own onboarding and adoption for customers, from first model to long-term success.
• Run 2–4 high-impact sessions/day (hands-on modeling + training calls).
• Build and refine financial models: forecasts, balance sheets, P&L, scenario planning.
• Partner with internal product & success teams to continuously improve onboarding.
• Drive outcomes that actually matter: time-to-value, retention, and customer independence.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

Finance + technical strength

• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Comfort working with SQL and structured data.
• Experience in FP&A, SaaS onboarding, consulting, solutions, or customer success (finance-heavy).
• Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Notion / HubSpot / planning platforms) is a plus.
