VP/ Head of Marketing / Marketing Director (AI / Voice Tech)

Location: Remote - UK or Germany ONLY (with quarterly travel to Berlin - 1 week duration)

Compensation: £130K - £155K + equity

They’ve built a strong product and early traction. Now they’re looking for a senior marketing leader to step in, take a fresh look at everything, and build a function that can truly scale.

💡 The Opportunity

This is not a “maintain what’s there” role.

You’ll come in to:

  • Audit the current marketing setup and identify what’s working vs what needs rebuilding
  • Redefine brand, positioning, and messaging in a fast-moving, competitive AI space
  • Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
  • Take ownership of demand generation and pipeline creation, working closely with sales
  • Decide what stays in-house vs external (agencies, partners, etc.)
  • Lead and scale the marketing team as the company grows

You’ll have full ownership, real autonomy, and a direct impact on revenue.

  • Proven experience leading a marketing function in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
  • Strong background across multiple marketing disciplines (not just product marketing)
  • Experience driving pipeline and supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Comfortable auditing, restructuring, and rebuilding teams and strategies
  • Hands-on mindset — happy to execute as well as lead

You’ll likely have worked in:

  • B2B SaaS or AI/DeepTech companies
  • Fast-scaling environments where things are not fully built yet
