Senior Enterprise Account Executive – AI / Enterprise SaaS

📍 London (Hybrid)

💰 $165K–$180K base ($330K–$360K OTE + Uncapped Commission + Equity)

This is about owning complex, high-value enterprise deals, shaping how global brands engage with their customers, and selling a product that sits at the heart of AI-driven transformation.

A globally recognised AI communications platform (trusted by thousands of leading apps and brands worldwide) is scaling its enterprise team in London and looking for a true hunter who thrives on building, winning, and closing.


💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning a portfolio of 25–50 enterprise accounts, driving new business from the ground up
  • Building a 3–5x pipeline through proactive, self-sourced activity
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior decision-makers
  • Closing high-value, multi-year deals (quota: ~$1.2M)
  • Partnering with clients to embed AI-driven customer engagement solutions into their strategy
  • Playing a key role in a high-growth, high-performance sales culture


🎯 What Success Looks Like

This role is best suited to someone who:

  • Has consistently closed 7-figure enterprise deals (or is clearly operating at that level)
  • Thrives in a pure hunting role with strong outbound ownership
  • Brings a structured, strategic approach to complex sales (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Is confident engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Has experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or similarly complex technology environments
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness
