Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility systems within an industrial environment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability and overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes of breakdowns or performance deviations
  • Dismantle defective machinery and install new or repaired components
  • Install and repair electrical systems, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components
  • Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems (hydraulic and pneumatic)
  • Maintain and repair facility structures as needed
  • Operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses) to fabricate or repair parts
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Complete maintenance work orders and continuous improvement projects
  • Document maintenance activities using a CMMS system
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure availability of parts and tools
  • Maintain flexibility for overtime and shift needs


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining electrical, mechanical, and technical equipment in an industrial environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related discipline
