Reliance One, Inc. is partnering with an innovative automotive manufacturer to find a skilled Toolmaker for a direct hire opportunity. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working with precision tooling, this could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Toolmaker, you will:
- Perform tooling repairs both in and out of machines
- Build and modify dies in a tool room environment
- Operate machines such as lathes and mills with a high level of precision
- Handle mold repairs and work closely with injection molding systems
Toolmaker Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Toolmaker
- Plastics injection molding experience required
- Automotive manufacturing background
- Journeyman Mold Maker certification strongly preferred
- Skilled in CNC, EDM, MIG/TIG/laser welding
- Strong knowledge of machine tool operations and mold repair
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts with proper support
