Senior Construction Project Manager

Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor construction project teams, including supervisors and staff.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Budget & Cost Control: Manage project finances, monitor costs, verify invoices, and control project spending.

Schedule Management: Monitor project milestones, track progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

Quality & Safety: Ensure work adheres to specifications, safety protocols, and building regulations, conducting site visits and inspections.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify, address, and resolve project issues, disputes, and challenges.

Reporting: Prepare and manage project reports, status updates, and financial documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Extensive understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Significant experience in the construction industry and project management.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and make sound financial decisions.
