Position Overview
Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to support and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs across active construction sites. This role is responsible for promoting a strong culture of safety, ensuring OSHA compliance, and partnering closely with project leadership to maintain safe and efficient job site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions
- Lead on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
- Enforce site safety procedures, rules, and quality control measures
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents
- Lead investigations for injuries, accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Prepare detailed incident reports and root cause analyses
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and required recordkeeping
- Submit weekly training reports and monthly safety reports to the EHS Director
- Coordinate with medical personnel and emergency responders when necessary
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to integrate safety into daily operations
- Support subcontractors in meeting project safety requirements
- Complete and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Toolbox Meeting Checklists, and daily field reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related safety decisions and concerns
Required Qualifications
- CHST or CSP certification required
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time
- Minimum 2–4 years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities simultaneously
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured by company insurance
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks for site access
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, and related software
- Certified to operate construction-related equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, man lifts, and similar equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
Physical Requirements
- Ability to access and navigate all areas of active construction sites in all weather conditions
- Standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 80 lbs., and working in physically demanding environments
