We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, support team performance, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise production associates by selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and administering discipline.
- Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and recommend compensation actions.
- Maintain production processes by observing volumes and recommending improvements or adjustments.
- Monitor progress, expedite material flow, resolve production issues, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Improve workflow by eliminating stoppages, analyzing delays, and testing new methods.
- Complete and maintain daily shift production reports, including yields and recoveries.
- Communicate production status and requirements to the next shift to maintain process flow.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with union personnel, where applicable, by adhering to the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
- Ensure a safe and compliant production environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations.
- Support the broader team by assisting with new or related tasks as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Education
- Minimum of 2+ years supervising production staff.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
- Experience using PLEX or similar manufacturing software.
