Maintenance Repair Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team in Canton, OH! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure everything stays safe, efficient, and operational.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot issues using electrical schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Use hand/power tools, electric meters, and other equipment to get the job done right.
• Work in various environments, including heights and different temperatures.
• Follow safety standards and standard work procedures.
• Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends or overtime when needed
• Ability to complete all post-offer, pre-employment contingencies

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of multi-craft maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC)
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols
