Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour

Placement Duration: 6–8 months

Benefits: Holidays, Paid Time Off, Benefits Day 1


Summary:

This position is responsible for managing purchasing activities for a variety of custom products and services provided by the company’s Application Center. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts thoroughly for each purchase order prior to acceptance.
  • Submit new orders to the Application Center using the Work Front system.
  • Expedite open orders, log updates, and provide timely information to Customer Relations Specialists.
  • Assist with invoice creation and support billing-related inquiries.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Support inventory team activities and assist with shipping orders.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or accounting.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
