We are hiring for one of our trusted clients for multiple CNC Operator openings in New Troy, MI. These are on-site opportunities offering long-term stability, multiple shift options, and the chance to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Availability:

1st Shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM

2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM

3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes following standard operating procedures

• Load feed mechanisms by lifting stock into position

• Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain product specifications

• Take measurements and perform basic troubleshooting as needed

• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and safety regulations

• Complete production and quality logs accurately

• Communicate shift updates, irregularities, and ongoing needs

• Participate in cross-training initiatives and support team goals

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC Mill and/or Lathe experience preferred

• 2+ years of CNC experience required for some openings

• PLEX experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift materials throughout the shift

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing facility with active forklifts and machinery

• Exposure to dust, noise, coolants, oils, and changing temperatures

• Safety glasses required while on the shop floor
