$70,000 – $75,000 annually

We are seeking a motivated Aftermarket Sales & Estimating professional to support customers and internal teams in a technical sales environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to grow within a manufacturing and industrial setting.


Job Responsibilities

  • Work effectively in a technical sales environment
  • Collaborate with internal sales professionals and customers
  • Prepare and submit written quotations with guidance from estimating as needed
  • Discuss and review system requirements with customers and recommend applications based on provided information
  • Gather all required information needed for quoting and work collaboratively with job estimating
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on open opportunities
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Utilize computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment while staying organized and goal-oriented


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)


Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in a similar role, internship, co-op, or industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Conveyor experience (heavy automotive industry conveyors – overhead and floor) preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Engineering background or strong mechanical aptitude required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
