Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support and help lead new product launch programs from development through production and into steady state. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting program timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing launches.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or engineering experience who is looking to grow into a full program management role within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help lead new product launch programs from development through start of production (SOP)
  • Assist in managing program timelines, budgets, and key milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
  • Support adherence to internal launch processes and customer-specific requirements (APQP, PPAP, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure expectations are met
  • Identify program risks and assist in developing mitigation and contingency plans
  • Support management of engineering and customer-driven changes throughout the program lifecycle
  • Assist with tooling and capital equipment processes, including customer reimbursable tooling
  • Contribute to quoting support activities, including cost analysis and program inputs
  • Participate in post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineered components environments
  • Exposure to product launches, APQP, PPAP, or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
