Position Overview

We are seeking a Associate Program Manager to support and lead new product launch programs from development through production and into steady state. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting program timelines, and ensuring successful execution of manufacturing launches.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or engineering experience looking to grow into a full program management role within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help lead new product launch programs from development through start of production (SOP)
  • Assist in managing program timelines, budgets, and key milestones to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
  • Support adherence to internal launch processes and customer-specific requirements (APQP, PPAP, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to help ensure expectations are met
  • Identify program risks and assist in developing mitigation and contingency plans
  • Support management of engineering and customer-driven changes throughout the program lifecycle
  • Assist with tooling and capital equipment processes, including customer reimbursable tooling
  • Contribute to quoting support activities, including basic cost analysis and program inputs
  • Participate in post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineered components environment
  • Exposure to product launches, APQP, PPAP, or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
