Position Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Technical Administrator to provide critical administrative support to the Engineering Department. This role plays a key part in maintaining documentation, coordinating project data, and supporting engineering operations to ensure efficiency and organization across projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Engineering with preparation of technical documents
  • Run copies and distribute drawings/documents as requested
  • Maintain Engineering project files and documentation systems
  • Develop project O&M and commissioning manuals as directed
  • Coordinate and track purchased equipment deliverables, including vendor data collection
  • Communicate with customers regarding technical data submittals and maintenance programs
  • Maintain Engineering archives and department library
  • Support implementation and training of Syteline software for procurement processes
  • Assist with quality processes, system reviews, and continuous improvements
  • Support development and maintenance of departmental standards and training records
  • Coordinate Engineering intern recruiting efforts, including job fairs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
