Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relations within a fast-paced service and maintenance environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials, equipment, and operations run efficiently and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners
  • Create and maintain inventory systems for in-house parts and technician truck stock
  • Organize and track deliveries in coordination with Service & Maintenance teams
  • Monitor and audit inventory levels regularly
  • Coordinate timely delivery of parts and rental equipment to job sites
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/shop environment
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including returns and damage resolution
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Oversee routine maintenance of equipment (trucks, forklifts, etc.)
  • Ensure completion of required documentation (inventory logs, safety forms, maintenance records)
  • Assist with technician clearances for government and high-profile sites
  • Support quoting activities as needed
  • Follow all safety and environmental policies, including proper PPE usage
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics in a construction or service environment
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory tracking


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Project management experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a service and maintenance environment


Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in a client-facing organization"
