1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Coolant / Oil Specialist to support plant operations by maintaining coolant systems, oils, and washers to ensure optimal equipment performance in a manufacturing environment.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining coolant systems, oil levels, and parts washers, while ensuring proper chemical balance, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and fill oils, coolant systems, and parts washers
• Maintain proper coolant concentration levels, pH balance, and bacteria levels
• Monitor and record coolant and washer concentration levels
• Respond to shift leader requests for coolant changes and system maintenance
• Coordinate wastewater removal and proper disposal procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance on coolant recycler systems and sump trucks
• Work with suppliers to maintain inventory of oils, coolants, and washer fluids
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support overall plant maintenance and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
• Ability to operate a forklift and sump truck
• Ability to respond to public address system announcements
