Type: Contract, On Site

Hourly Pay: $30–$32 per hour

Job Description:

The Analyst will support production engineering and project management teams by managing time and labor data, reporting, and analysis to improve operational efficiency and provide insights for decision-making.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set up time & labor lines for production engineering team member time entry.
  • Create headcount analysis for the annual Mid-Term Business Plan.
  • Oversee reporting for actual time worked by project.
  • Work closely with A&F to reconcile monthly billing of time back to the projects.
  • Troubleshoot MyTime issues with HR, Payroll, and ITx teams.
  • Apply Kaizen reporting methods to improve the PE customer experience.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or some college; bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Timesheet or payrolling experience is helpful.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen reporting methods is helpful.
  • Experience with PowerBI is required.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Previous background or experience working at Toyota is highly desirable.


Interview Process:

  • 30-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager and other managers.
