Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations for a manufacturing facility in Atlanta, GA. This individual will play a critical role in driving cultural transformation, fostering accountability, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully turning plant culture around, leading with urgency, and spending significant time on the plant floor.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure plant operations meet legal, safety, and customer quality requirements.
• Establish measurable product safety and quality objectives and communicate them across the plant.
• Lead a multidisciplinary hazard and risk management team.
• Oversee documentation of product safety and quality systems.
• Supervise plant staff and indirectly lead all employees, providing direction, performance assessment, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe workplace by demonstrating commitment to safety, enforcing plant safety rules, and implementing corrective actions for incidents.
• Manage cost-effective operations by controlling budgets, inventories, and manufacturing performance standards.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee performance management, equitable compensation, and employee welfare.
• Represent the company positively within the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (business or technical discipline preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (film or flexible packaging conversion preferred).
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Proven plant management experience or equivalent leadership with direct reporting to a plant manager.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and build high-performing teams.
