We are hiring for one of our trusted clients seeking an organized and professional Office Administrator to support daily operations on an active project site in Saline, MI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting teams, and can manage multiple administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project staff on-site
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings
• Take and distribute meeting minutes as requested
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation
• Perform general clerical duties including typing, sorting, and document management
• Maintain and update project-specific contact lists
• Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail daily
• Manage office and kitchen supply inventory
• Maintain daily upkeep of shared kitchen and office areas
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
• Provide general support for site visitors and staff
• Maintain site calendars, schedules, and attendance records
• Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of administrative experience in construction, manufacturing, or high-volume automotive environments
• Experience working on a construction site is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
