Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Construction Project Manager (non-negotiable) to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing hospital construction projects, with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor construction project teams, including supervisors and staff.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor costs, verify invoices, and control project spending.

Schedule Management: Track project milestones and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.

Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and building regulations through site visits and inspections.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project issues, disputes, and challenges proactively.

Reporting: Prepare and manage project reports, status updates, and financial documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse construction project teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Significant experience in construction project management, specifically hospital projects.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, track costs, and make sound financial decisions.
