We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple pipeline projects while building strong client and vendor relationships. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing organization managing mid-sized infrastructure projects.


This role will manage approximately 4–5 projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $2M–$7M in value.


Essential Functions

Procure New Work

  • Network and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees
  • Perform estimating and budget pricing
  • Conduct quantity surveys
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts


Manage Current Work

Cost Control

  • Budget development and subcontract administration
  • Monitor actual costs and production
  • Approve invoices and subcontractor billings
  • Estimate costs at completion

Project Delivery

  • Secure permits
  • Coordinate and schedule employees, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and agencies

Revenue Management

  • Progress billing
  • Price and negotiate change orders
  • Collect receivables

Communication

  • Manage correspondence and phone calls
  • Respond to RFIs
  • Submit change order requests and submittals
  • Lead or attend progress meetings

Administrative Oversight

  • Maintain daily reports or diaries
  • Manage project files and progress photos


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Pipeline Industry preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Strong budgeting and cost control background
  • Earned Value Management knowledge preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities


This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands pipeline project dynamics, and can successfully balance procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
