A full-time Associate Attorney position is available in the field of civil litigation. Areas of focus may include general liability and premises liability defense, medical malpractice defense/long-term care facilities, products liability, professional liability, commercial and business litigation, construction, trucking and vehicular liability defense, employment law, and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with at least one (1) year of civil litigation experience who are eager to tackle complex legal challenges. Position Summary
As a civil litigation Associate Attorney, you will have a mix of independent responsibilities and collaborative teamwork. You will manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and adhere to all case deadlines. The role includes preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials, providing invaluable courtroom experience.
Collaboration will be a key part of your work, engaging with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies. Regular client communication will be essential to provide updates and status reports. You will also conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and work alongside senior attorneys to ensure smooth case management.
