Regional Sales Manager – Ag Retail, Co-ops & Grain Elevator - Mid South Territory

Location: Remote - Must reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, or Southeastern Texas

Compensation: Base Salary, Commission, Car and Cell Phone Allowance



Are you an accomplished sales leader with deep roots in the Southeastern U.S. agribusiness community? We’re seeking a results-driven, relationship-oriented professional to join our growing AgTech team and help expand the reach of our powerful, industry-specific software solutions designed to streamline operations for grain elevators, cooperatives, feed mills, and agricultural retailers.


Ideal candidates currently sell seed, crop protection, fertilizer, agronomy services, ag equipment, or ag technology and have established relationships with cooperatives, grain elevators, and agricultural retailers across the region.


In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development by leveraging your established industry relationships and market expertise to introduce ERP and operational software solutions tailored for the agribusiness sector. You will represent a highly respected brand with a long-standing leadership presence in the industry and be supported by a knowledgeable team of experts, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact across the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts across the agribusiness sector within a dynamic and high-potential territory.
  • Leverage existing relationships with agricultural cooperatives, grain elevators, feed mill operations, and ag retailers to generate new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintaining accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at key industry association meetings, trade shows, conferences, and regional events.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and strategic territory reporting to support regional growth.
  • Travel regularly (50%+), maintaining strong in-person relationships while managing time efficiently across the territory.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools (Excel, reporting platforms, etc.) to track activity, manage opportunities, and drive performance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated professional who takes full ownership of their assigned territory, confidently manages their schedule, and understands how to prioritize activities that drive revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in agribusiness sales.
  • An established network within the industry, including relationships with decision-makers at agricultural cooperatives, grain elevators, feed operations, ag retailers, and related industry organizations.
  • Background selling to agribusiness customers such as seed, crop protection, fertilizer, equipment, agronomy services, ag technology, or related agricultural solutions.
  • Experience with AgTech or ERP software solutions supporting grain, feed, or agricultural operations is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and general business productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to develop new opportunities, close complex sales, and deliver results in a competitive market.
