Financial Accountant (Dutch Speaking)

Eindhoven | Permanent | Full-time | Remote

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 Inc Holiday + bonus

Talent Precision Group is supporting an international organisation with European operations in the appointment of a Dutch-speaking Financial Accountant.

This is a permanent role within a structured finance environment, offering hands-on responsibility across core accounting, reporting, and compliance activities in a multi-entity setting.

The position suits a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting fundamentals with sound judgement, ownership, and the ability to operate confidently in an international context.

The Role

As Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and supporting ongoing finance operations across European entities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of general ledger accounting and month-end close activities
• Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
• Management of VAT and compliance-related processes
• Support with statutory and management reporting
• Contribution to group reporting and year-end financial statements
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Support for cash management, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting quality

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting or General Ledger roles
• Experience within an international or multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements
• ERP experience (e.g. Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Experience in listed or complex organisations is advantageous but not essential.
