Talent Precision Group is proud to be partnering with an international client to recruit a Financial Controller for their The Hague finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of portfolio-level finance activities in a multinational setting, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

You’ll oversee financial control activities across a portfolio of entities, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis:

  • Manage all financial processes including accounting, treasury, payments, and reporting.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the first point of contact for banking partners on operational and financing matters.
  • Coordinate external advisors and support tax planning.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support business growth initiatives, including financial modelling, due diligence, and structuring for acquisitions or projects.
  • Deliver oversight and governance on development and transformation projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Limited international travel may be required.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years’ experience in audit (Big 4), corporate finance, private equity, or an international corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written & spoken).
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
