Interim Senior Reporting Specialist

€80 – €100 per hour excluding VAT

Talent Precision Group is partnering with a well established international bank to recruit an Interim Senior Reporting Specialist for their Amsterdam based finance function. This role provides immediate impact in a period of increased reporting demand and offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical financial and management reporting activities.

Responsibilities

You’ll take responsibility for core reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stability across a busy reporting landscape:

• Manage the full reporting cycle including balance sheet, P&L, and core financial statements
• Deliver IFRS and management reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting and analytical activities, providing insight through data driven reporting
• Maintain robust reporting processes following the departure of a key team member
• Utilise advanced tools including Power BI, SQL, and Excel to streamline reporting
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership including the Finance Controller and CFO
• Assist in knowledge transfer and continuity across the finance team

Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge with demonstrated reporting expertise
• Financial services experience is essential
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and analytical tooling
• Experience working in lean teams with increased workload responsibility
• Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
