Accounting/Credit Specialist

Talent Precision Group is partnering with an established international financial services organisation to recruit a Accounting/Credit Specialist for its Amsterdam-based finance team.

The organisation operates in a regulated banking environment and is seeking a reliable, experienced professional to support day-to-day transactional finance activities. This role sits within the Finance function and focuses on daily accounting controls and end-to-end creditor management.

The position offers long-term stability, clear ownership of core finance processes, and the opportunity to work within a structured and well-established finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting bookings and basic journal entries
• Execute daily and periodic reconciliation controls
• Own end-to-end creditor management, including supplier balances, ageing, queries, and follow-up
• Process, review, and validate incoming invoices
• Prepare and support payment runs
• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with internal control frameworks
• Support month-end close activities and internal reporting where required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on creditor and payment-related matters

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting or accounts payable role
• Strong hands-on experience with daily bookings, reconciliations, and creditor management
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Comfortable working in a structured or regulated environment
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Turkish
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
