Rate: €90 – €100 per hour hybrid 3–4 days per week in office

Assignment Overview

Talent Precision Group is supporting a regulated banking institution in Amsterdam in the appointment of an Interim Senior Financial Controller.

This assignment focuses on financial control, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and supporting ongoing regulatory initiatives within a structured banking environment.

The role requires a technically strong professional who understands regulatory scrutiny and can operate confidently within a controlled, compliance-driven environment.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Oversight of financial control activities within a regulated banking framework
• Preparation and coordination of DNB regulatory returns
• Support and coordination of internal and external audit processes
• Contribution to regulatory and finance-related project initiatives
• Assessment and improvement of manual processes and reporting workflows
• Collaboration with data teams to enhance reporting accuracy
• Reporting support using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
• Stakeholder engagement across finance, compliance, and regulatory teams

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as Senior Financial Controller within a banking environment
• Strong knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory requirements
• Experience with DNB reporting and regulatory submissions
• Ability to operate effectively within smaller regulated structures
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Dutch language capability preferred
