Overview

Talent Precision Group is supporting a regulated banking institution in Amsterdam in the appointment of a Third-Party Risk Analyst.

This position will support the bank’s Third-Party Risk Management framework across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring third-party relationships are appropriately assessed, documented, and monitored in line with regulatory requirements.

The role sits within a structured banking environment and works closely with risk, compliance, procurement, and operational stakeholders.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Conducting third-party due diligence assessments for new and existing suppliers
• Supporting maintenance of the third-party register and vendor risk tiering
• Assisting with ongoing monitoring of critical and high-risk vendors
• Supporting compliance with outsourcing regulations and banking legislation
• Reviewing vendor documentation and control evidence
• Assisting with service level monitoring and risk indicator tracking
• Supporting vendor-related incident logging and remediation follow-up
• Contributing to audit preparation and regulatory reviews
• Preparing risk reports and documentation for internal stakeholders

Regulatory Focus

• Outsourcing regulation and banking legislation
• DORA and operational resilience requirements
• Risk assessment methodologies and documentation standards
• Governance controls within regulated financial institutions

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Third-Party Risk, Vendor Risk, Outsourcing Risk, or Operational Risk within banking or financial services
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to financial institutions
• Strong analytical and documentation capability
• Experience working with structured governance processes
• Ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders
• Dutch language preferred
