Talent Precision Group is pleased to be supporting a global manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Dutch Speaking Financial Accountant to join their European finance team based in Tilburg.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of core accounting, reporting, and compliance activities across multiple European entities, working closely with both regional stakeholders and group finance.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll ensure the integrity of financial reporting and the smooth running of accounting operations across multiple European entities, supporting both local compliance and wider business objectives:

• Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through thorough reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and resolution of customer queries.
• Coordinate weekly payment runs, perform regular bank reconciliations, and track daily cash positions.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity planning to inform business decisions.
• Assist with both management and statutory reporting, collaborating closely with local finance partners and external auditors.
• Support quarterly group reporting and the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Partner with external payroll providers to validate data and ensure accurate journal postings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing reporting efficiency and strengthening financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial accounting, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory requirements, and compliance processes.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• strong Excel skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
