Role Overview

Talent Precision Group is supporting a regulated banking institution in Amsterdam in the appointment of a Financial Controller.

This role focuses on financial control, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and supporting finance activities within a structured banking environment.



Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the position offers exposure to regulatory reporting, finance operations, and ongoing regulatory initiatives within a controlled and compliance-driven framework.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Oversight and execution of financial control activities within a regulated banking framework
• Preparation and support of DNB regulatory reporting and submissions
• Support and coordination of internal and external audit processes
• Contribution to finance and regulatory-related project initiatives
• Review and improvement of manual processes and financial reporting workflows
• Collaboration with internal teams to enhance reporting accuracy
• Stakeholder engagement across finance, compliance, and regulatory teams

Candidate Profile

• Experience within banking or regulated financial services preferred
• Background in financial control, accounting, or management reporting
• Understanding of banking regulatory environments and reporting processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate effectively within structured and compliance-driven environments
• Dutch language capability preferred
