Talent Precision Group is proud to be representing a leading international manufacturer in their search for a Business Controller in Copenhagen.

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark


Position Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

This is a key role within the finance team, where you’ll provide financial insights and support business decisions that drive operational efficiency, cost control, and growth.

The Business Controller will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment, ensuring financial objectives align with wider business strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the organisation.
  • Prepare investment analyses, business cases, and ad hoc financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with operational needs.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (essential); Danish is a plus.
  • Solid experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles, preferably within a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
