Interim Financial Accountant

€70 – €80 per hour

Talent Precision Group is proud to be partnering with an international client to recruit a Senior Accountant for their European finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities while supporting statutory compliance across multiple entities, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage financial control activities across European entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency:

• Handle month-end close activities, including reconciliations and balance sheet ownership for assigned companies
• Maintain supporting documentation and ensure accurate GL accounting records
• Post and issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and resolve queries in collaboration with internal teams
• Prepare weekly payments, complete bank account reconciliations, and support cash forecasting
• Assist in preparing management reporting to support regional business and senior leadership
• Contribute to quarterly reporting requirements for group head office and assist with financial statements
• Coordinate statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions with local administrators
• Manage payroll processes by coordinating with external providers and preparing payroll entries

Qualifications

• Solid experience in GL accounting and month-end close
• Min 5 years experience
• Familiarity with statutory reporting across European entities
• Fluency in English and Dutch (Plus)
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
