Summary of Responsibilities 

As our Estimator, you'll build detailed cost estimates for custom remodeling projects, collaborate with design and sales teams, source materials and tradespeople, and help refine our estimating process. Your accuracy directly shapes project quality and client satisfaction. 

Essential Functions 

• Create precise cost estimates for custom remodeling projects. 
• Maintain and update the Excel estimating database with current pricing. 
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Production teams from consultation to final proposal. 
• Source and negotiate bids from subcontractors and vendors. 
• Attend key meetings (sales, project reviews, handoffs). 
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and take measurements. 
• Analyze completed projects to improve estimating accuracy. 

Education, Experience, and Skills Required 

• 5+ years in residential construction or remodeling with estimating background 
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (Builder Trend knowledge as a plus) 
• Valid driver's license for site visits 
• Analytical & detail-oriented 
• Self-motivated with strong initiative 
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Persistent and reliable 



Compensation  

• Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 
• Bonus Potential based on project performance 
• Health & Dental Insurance 
• 401(k) with 3% match 
• PTO: Up to 10 days in year one, increasing with tenure and 7+ Paid Holidays 
• Training Reimbursement for job-related certifications 
• Mileage Reimbursement for site visits
