Essential Functions

As a Field Engineer, you'll own projects from start to finish:

  • Install, operate, and decommission specialized pipeline equipment.
  • Manage your own travel, logistics, and equipment coordination (with a company credit card).
  • Perform gas sampling, data logging, and daily reporting.
  • Communicate directly with clients and company leadership.
  • Travel to job sites across the U.S.—up to 60% of the year.
  • Work independently and be the on-site expert for our clients.


Education, Experience, and Skills Required

We're looking for engineers with real field experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical – required)
  • 2–4 years of hands-on oilfield experience (fracking, wireline, mud, cementing, or similar)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
  • Ability to trace piping and valve systems
  • Safety-first mindset with relevant training (OSHA, H2S, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)


Compensation 

  • $106,000 - $126,000 in estimated annual cash compensation. 
  • Earn significant additional cash bonuses for field work and annual performance. 
  • 10% Company Retirement Contribution 
  • A monthly stipend for your medical, dental, and vision plans 
  • Company credit card for all travel expenses  
  • Stipend for cell phone and internet services 
  • Company sponsored procurement of PPE (including Rx protection)
