At Pat Scales Remodeling is a premier design-build firm known for high-end residential transformations. We’re not just remodeling homes—we’re elevating how people live through thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and a relentless commitment to doing the right thing for our clients

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our production operations and ensure every project runs smoothly—from planning through completion.

This is a leadership role for someone who can drive results, manage multiple projects, and motivate teams—while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

What You’ll Do

Lead Operations

  • Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously
  • Align schedules, resources, and timelines across all jobs
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and consistency

Manage & Develop the Team

  • Lead and mentor field staff, supervisors, and trades
  • Set clear expectations and accountability standards
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and growth

Ensure Quality & Client Experience

  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout each project
  • Ensure work meets design intent and client expectations
  • Proactively solve issues and maintain strong client relationships

Own Financial Performance

  • Monitor budgets, labor, and material costs
  • Partner with leadership to maintain profitability
  • Manage vendors and supplier relationships

Maintain Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols
  • Ensure all work meets building codes and regulations

In this role you will spend about 15% of your time in the field and 85% in the office.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of residential construction or remodeling leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and job costing
  • Experience with tools like Buildertrend (or similar project management software)
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to set clear expectations and tactfully balance client needs with project constraints and company priorities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and motivate teams to perform

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’re highly organized and can keep multiple moving pieces on track
  • You lead by motivating—not micromanaging
  • You’re comfortable spending more time coordinating and leading than swinging a hammer
  • You take ownership of results and drive projects forward

What We Offer

  • $105,000 - $120,000 base salary + performance incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off + holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Life insurance
  • Fuel stipend
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A collaborative, team-first culture
