Summary of Responsibilities
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish. This includes leading field execution, coordinating labor and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and actively contributing hands-on carpentry work.
This role also includes training and mentoring crew members, maintaining job site safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed according to plan, budget, and schedule.

Wage & Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly range of $32-$38/hr, depending on experience, leadership ability, and certification progress.
Total compensation package averages approximately $75,000–$90,000 annually when factoring base pay and benefits.
