Summary of Responsibilities
Our Residential Construction Superintendent will oversee daily residential construction activities to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards, following established plans and safety protocols. This role involves managing subcontractors, maintaining job site organization, and coordinating closely with the VP of construction to track progress, changes, and client communications. Strong time management and clear documentation are essential to maintaining job flow, inspection readiness, and project compliance.
