About This Role:  

The Lead Salesperson is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to project completion. This role includes building and maintaining long-term client relationships, developing proposals using Aspire software, and presenting solutions that align with client goals and budgets. The salesperson will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout each project. Success in this role requires balancing new business development with managing an inherited client book, while consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth. 


What You Will Do: 

  • Lead Management & Sales – Qualify incoming leads, conduct client consultations, prepare estimates and proposals in Aspire, and close sales to meet revenue targets. 
  • Project Oversight – Manage 3–5 projects at a time, coordinating with production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards. 
  • Client Relationships – Build and maintain long-term client trust through proactive communication, problem-solving, and pursuit of repeat and referral business. 
  • Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with the owner, support staff, and field teams while sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative team culture. 
  • Community Engagement – Represent Lifestyle Landscaping at BNI and other networking events to expand visibility and generate new business opportunities. 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in landscaping, horticulture, or high-end residential services. 
  • A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and close complex sales. 
  • Comfort managing multiple projects at once, from first consultation through completion. 
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM/project management tools (Aspire a plus) and strong general computer skills. 
  • A collaborative, coachable mindset with excellent communication and time management skills. 


Compensation  

  • $45,000 base salary – 5% commission after $300,000 in sales (uncapped).
