Summary of Responsibilities 

As our Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for both growing and managing a book of business consisting of remodeling company owners participating in our Roundtables program. 


This is not a transactional sales role. You'll build relationships with business owners, guide them through the enrollment process, and remain their primary point of contact as they continue their journey with Remodelers Advantage. Success in this role comes from balancing proactive business development with exceptional relationship management. 


Essential Functions 

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, events, and outbound outreach 
  • Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects through the sales process 
  • Present the value of Remodelers Advantage's Roundtables program and close new memberships 
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records 
  • Follow up consistently with prospects, leads, and members 
  • Build strong relationships with assigned members to drive engagement and retention 
  • Monitor member satisfaction and connect clients with internal resources as needed 
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows 
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience 
  • Participate in company meetings, training, and professional development opportunities 


Education, Experience, and Skills Required 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success  
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business  
  • Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills  
  • Experience managing pipelines and client relationships through CRM software  
  • Comfortable working with business owners and executives  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms  
  • Ability to travel periodically for industry events and conferences 


Compensation  

  • First-year earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+ 
  • $35,000 base salary 
  • Uncapped commission structure 
  • Residual income opportunities tied to member retention and account growth 
  • Long-term opportunity to build a recurring book of business and significantly increase earnings over time
