Summary of Responsibilities 

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our small, professional team. This hands-on role is responsible for executing high-end residential construction projects efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail. 

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their work, plan ahead, and maintain professionalism on the jobsite while supporting multiple projects. 


Essential Functions 

 

Field Carpentry Execution: 

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry across multiple phases of residential construction 
  • Execute work according to plans, specifications, and company standards 
  • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship without shortcuts 


Material & Tool Coordination: 

  • Prepare tools and materials in advance to maintain workflow efficiency 
  • Organize and manage jobsite materials proactively 
  • Communicate material needs to leadership promptly 


Jobsite Organization & Professionalism: 

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites following all safety and OSHA standards 
  • Always represent the company professionally 
  • Support overall project efficiency and timelines 


Project Coordination & Communication: 

  • Review daily priorities with the Owner and Field Superintendent 
  • Communicate progress, issues, or delays proactively 
  • Assist with warranty items and project completion tasks as needed 


Team Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with leadership and trade partners 
  • Support multiple active projects depending on workload and phase 
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment 


Education, Experience, and Skills Required 

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on residential construction experience 
  • Strong skills across multiple phases of construction 
  • Ability to read and work from construction plans 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfortable using digital plans and basic project management or scheduling tools 
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance 


Pay and Compensation 

  • $30-$35 per hour, based on experience 
  • 90-day evaluation period 
  • 401K 
  • Mileage reimbursement 
  • Full-time, on-site position 
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
  • Overtime may be required depending on project needs
