Summary of Responsibilities 


The LBK Project Manager is the consistent leader who shepherds a project through every single phase, ensuring continuity, quality, and client satisfaction from the initial concept to the final warranty check-in. 


Essential Functions 

 

  • Project Leadership & Strategy: Serve as the single point of contact and leader for your projects, guiding them through pre-construction, active build, and close-out. You'll develop and manage the master project schedule, ensuring we hit critical milestones. 
  • Proactive Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships through daily communication and weekly on-site walkthroughs. You'll expertly manage expectations, present solutions, and ensure clients are informed and excited at every step. 
  • Team & Trade Partner Management: Lead, schedule, and collaborate with our in-house carpenters and a network of skilled trade partners. You'll foster a respectful, productive, and safe on-site environment. 
  • Financial Stewardship: Take ownership of project profitability by reviewing and approving trade partner invoices, tracking budgets, and professionally presenting change orders for client approval. 
  • Quality Control & Site Excellence: Champion our high standards for workmanship and jobsite organization. You'll conduct regular quality checks, maintain a clean and safe site, and ensure every detail aligns with the plan. 
  • Process & Communication Mastery: Utilize our advanced software (CoConstruct, monday.com) to keep projects on track, document progress with daily updates and photos, and ensure seamless communication within your project team. 


Education, Experience, and Skills Required 


  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Project Management role or proven track record of managing multiple projects; experience in residential remodeling or construction is preferred. 
  • Proficiency with project management software like CoConstruct; comfort with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and communication platforms like monday.com. 
  • Proactive Communication: You are a master at anticipating needs and providing updates before you are asked. 
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and can pivot schedules seamlessly. 
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: You bring solutions to the table, not just problems. 
  • Collaborative & Ego-Free: You are a team player who builds trust and isn’t afraid to ask for help. 


Compensation 


  • Base salary: $75,000-$85,000 
  • 401(k) with a company match
