What you’ll do: 

Construction Accounting & Financial Reporting 

• Manage job costing, WIP reporting, change order tracking, and financial reporting 
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes  
• Monitor project financial performance to help protect margins and maintain operational clarity  

Operational Finance & Process Management 

• Manage payroll, invoicing, collections, vendor coordination, and recurring financial workflows  
• Evaluate recurring expenses for efficiency and support continuous process improvement  
• Maintain scorecard reporting and support cross-functional collaboration across the company  

Compliance & Documentation 

• Oversee subcontractor compliance, W9s, 1099s, sales tax filings, and tax documentation  
• Manage quarterly reporting requirements and maintain accurate, audit-ready records  

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with construction accounting or operational finance experience highly preferred 
• Strong QuickBooks Online expertise (QBO certification is a plus) 
• Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized, with strong accountability and communication skills 
• Collaborative, coachable, and growth-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting efficient financial operations and the bigger picture
