You're an experienced medical office professional. You're good at what you do. But somewhere along the way, "office manager" started to feel like "checklist manager." You want autonomy. RISE Regenerative Medicine is a boutique integrative wellness clinic in Lower Queen Anne, Seattle, where naturopathic medicine meets genuine community. Providers truly collaborate. Patients walk to appointments from their neighborhood. Every team member knows patients by name and story.

We're not your typical medical office. And we're looking for someone who isn't a typical office manager.

Here's the problem we need you to solve.

Our clinic is growing, and our operations need a leader who sees a broken ceiling fixture and thinks, "I've got this" instead of "Not my job." Someone who can research and implement new systems independently, remembers the meaningful details of patients' lives, and brings both warmth and competence to every interaction.

We need the operational backbone for two wellness providers — managing everything from complex scheduling and billing to lab processing and our unique Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Program. Full certification is provided.

Here’s Your Plan

As our Practice Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients and providers alike, overseeing:

· Scheduling, patient communication, billing, inventory, and daily clinic operations

· EHR maintenance, invoicing, superbills, and payments through Charm and Vagaro

· Lab sample tracking and shipping with LabCorp and other laboratories

· Supplement and medical supply inventory management

· Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy program operations — rooming patients, explaining protocols, scheduling (full certification provided)

· Daily operational and administrative support for two providers

This isn't a dead-end front-office role. It's the foundation of a career. As RISE expands, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Multi-Clinic Manager position — helping oversee operations and teams across multiple locations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

· Three or more years of experience in medical administration roles

· Experience with EHR platforms (Charm preferred)

· Comfort processing and shipping laboratory samples

· Experience managing supplement and medical supply inventory

· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

· Professional, warm, reliable demeanor with exceptional attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

· $30–$34/hour (depending on experience)
