Residential Superintendent – JRP Design & Remodel

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily on-site operations for single-family residential projects, ensuring all work meets company standards and local building codes 
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve construction challenges, refine work procedures, and address client concerns 
• Keep Project Managers updated on daily job-site progress and schedule changes 
• Communicate updates on scope, schedules, and site logistics to trades and field personnel 
• Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project plans 
• Oversee site safety, organization, and quality control throughout construction 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience 
• 1+ year in a supervisory or lead carpenter role 
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints (structural knowledge preferred) 
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and workflow management 
• Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and best practices 
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
