Finance & Administration Manager - Northeastern Ohio Children's Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join our dedicated team. Since 1957, NEOCRC has been a trusted partner to families in Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy along with childcare and preschool programs. Every year, we serve hundreds of children, helping them gain confidence, independence, and brighter futures.

Why This Role Matters 

As our Finance & Administration Manager, you’ll be more than a numbers person. You’ll: 

  • Shape the financial health of a mission-driven nonprofit 
  • Present directly to the Executive Director and Board of Trustees  
  • Ensure grants, fundraising dollars, and budgets are stewarded responsibly 
  • Help us grow our programs and strengthen our impact in the community 

 

What You’ll Do 

As Finance & Administration Manager you will: 

  • Oversee the organization’s budget, financial records, and cash flow 
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, grants, and contracts 
  • Prepare accurate monthly reports and support annual audits and tax filings 
  • Provide oversight and supervision of accounting staff as they are brought on 
  • Partner with the Executive Director on insurance, benefits, and compliance 
  • Support fundraising and grant tracking to fuel our programs 
  • Present financial updates to leadership and the Board of Trustees 

 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking someone who is: 

  • Experienced: 5+ years in accounting/finance, preferably with fund accounting or nonprofit experience 
  • Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; CPA preferred 
  • Detail-oriented & ethical: Accurate with numbers, records, and reporting 
  • Collaborative: A team player who works well with leadership, staff, and the Board 
  • Mission-driven: Believes in the power of supporting children and families through community service 


Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary: $60,000 - $67,000  
  • Health Ins 
  • Paid Time Off - 3 Weeks Vacation, 3 Personal Days + Sick Leave Accrual 
  • 10 Paid Holidays 
  • Continuing education and development
